About me

I'm Adhira (uh-DEER-ah). I help clients shape their data, tech, and AI strategy, then build and scale the AI products behind it. My work spans the full arc, from strengthening enterprise architecture to helping clients capture real value. I've defined the value case for multi-year AI programs, reimagined entire domains, built prototypes and moved them into production, set data strategy, and upskilled executives. I've done this across defense, medtech, healthcare, TMT, and banking. What I care about most is solving the problem. And at heart, I'm still a tech nerd.
Current & Recent Roles
Today I'm a Tech & AI Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where I shape AI and GenAI strategy and turn clients' ambiguous problems into AI systems that ship and get measured.
Before McKinsey, I was a Product Manager and Lead AI Developer at Deloitte (Defense AI & Engineering). I led a seven-person team building secure retrieval-augmented generation products on NVIDIA DGX, shipped a federal AI chatbot serving 40,000+ users, and earned four performance awards.
Earlier, I engineered Kindle features at Amazon, ran AI strategy as a summer analyst at Deloitte, built full-stack systems at Cognosos, and did machine-learning research at the CLAWS Lab at Georgia Tech.
Education & Achievements
I earned a B.S. in Computer Science with Highest Honors from Georgia Tech, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Human-Computer Interaction, and I finished the degree in two years, at 19. I served as Executive VP of AI for Medicine & Healthcare (AIMS) and led Big Data Big Impact projects on job-scam detection and medical imaging.
My hackathon record includes award-winning work at AI ATL, sponsored by Google, BCG, and Anthropic.
Tech Stack
Python, C++, React, AWS, NVIDIA hardware, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, and NumPy. I build AI systems that hold up in production: secure, evaluated, and tied to a real outcome.
